Are you curious about online therapy, but maybe you’re wondering if it’s truly effective for trauma survivors? The answer is absolutely, yes!

My online individual counseling services are provided on a HIPPA-compliant platform to protect your privacy, while offering high-quality therapy you can rely on. Especially if you are navigating the effects of trauma, you don’t need the additional stress of scrambling to get to a therapist's office or fitting an appointment (plus travel time) into your day.

As long as you’re located in the state of Michigan, we can work together! All you need is a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.

Whether you prefer to work together online or in person, healing is possible, and your experience in therapy will be guided by your unique needs and goals.

The length of our time together in therapy can vary depending on your specific needs and circumstances. Some people come to therapy with a specific issue or concern, and brief therapy can help in as little as 6-8 sessions.

Other clients come to therapy to explore issues that seem to run a little deeper and may require several months or even years. We will start by seeing where you are, measuring your progress, and monitoring the results. Some clients report feeling noticeable symptom relief after as little as 4-6 sessions!
